How does laser treatment work?
A laser beam from the K-LÁSER is applied on the fungal infected nail and the surrounding skin, using alternating horizontal and vertical sweeps repeating the process several times to make sure that no area remains untreated.  The laser energy penetrates through the nail bed, thus destroying the fungi.  The average duration of the treatment is about 15 – 20 minutes, depending on how many toes are affected.

What will I feel during the treatment?
The process is comfortable and painless. It is possible that you will feel some warmth in the nail.

Does it have side effects?
No, the treatment with K-LÁSER is safe and has no side effects at all.

How many sessions should I have?
We generally recommended 4 complete sessions.  Come and see us and we will advise you on your specific requirements.

When can I return to work and normal everyday life?
No convalescence is required.  Just carry on as norma
